Two-axleall-wheel drive KAMAZ-4326 military trucks are fully complying with all standards of the Russian border troops.

This conclusion has been made by military experts of North-Caucasian regional border department (NCRBD) upon the results of military operational tests, which took place in August-October 2003.

By the order of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation there has been manufactured 2 units of this side double usage truck with additional and special complete set. Two months later, these trucks had 10–11 000 km of constant operation in various climatic and road conditions. They were hauling both manpower and load. The drivers and commanding officers of NCRBD have noted reliability and high cross-country capability of trucks. It is easy and comfortable to control th etruck, and powerful engine (KAMAZ-740.11–240) make it possible to handle a high slope confidently. These trucks possess more maneuverability as compared with the same analogues, manufactured by other plants of Russian and CIS. KAMAZ-4326 vehicles move smoothly, have high control even on extreme road conditions and easy overcome sharp turns and off road. Above all, there is no heeling. In their report the border officers confirm, that KAMAZ-4326 "is complying with all vehicle demands made at implementation of tasks, assigned to NCRBD divisions".

Other consumers of the Company, including foreign ones note reliability and high technical-and-tactical specifications of all-wheel drive KAMAZ multipurpose trucks. Two-and three axle trucks of various payloads showed themselves good both at peaceful construction areas, and in Military Forces of developing countries of Asia, Africa and other continents. Several times they have transported humanitarian loads under UN aegis. At the beginning of 2004 KAMAZ Inc. has exported 40 KAMAZ-4326 trucks to Bahrain.
